Responsibilities
Implement AI solutions capable of handling large-scale data, real-time processing addressing high availability, performance, and scalability.
Be comfortable with generative AI systems, including familiarity with using LLM models.
Lead efforts to showcase AI feasibility and value. Translate PoC results into production-ready pilots.
Keep up to date with emerging AI trends, tools, and frameworks.
Implement prompt engineering to improve the speed, relevancy, and accuracy of the AI solutions.
Ensure AI solutions adhere to security and privacy standards. Address data privacy risks, model vulnerabilities, and ethical considerations.
Create detailed architecture documentation, including diagrams, flowcharts, and technical specifications.
Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, DevOps engineers, UI/UX design engineers and product managers to understand needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Embrace diverse project scopes and adapt your approach to excel in dynamic environments.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in building customer-facing products and solutions.
Proven experience in architecting, designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions.
Experience in AI development using LLMs, GPT models and Azure AI.
Experience in prompt engineering considering user intent, context, and reasoning.
Proven experience in frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel and vector databases.
Knowledge of ChatGPT/Copilots, machine learning, neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
Familiarity with AIOps, MLOps, including CI/CD, model training or testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment with data engineers, data scientists, and designers.
Advanced programming skills in languages such as Python and Java.
Familiarity with ethical considerations in AI.
Effective communication, presentation, collaboration and influencing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
Certifications, such as Azure AI Engineer Associate, are preferred.
