Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize machine learning models and AI systems to address complex business challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and implement AI/ML solutions.
Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality input for machine learning models.
Develop and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and systems using modern frameworks and tools.
Monitor and evaluate model performance and implement improvements as needed.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and recommend their integration into projects.
Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy and manage AI/ML models.
Build APIs to integrate machine learning models into existing systems or applications.

Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning techniques.
Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or Google AI Platform.
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and model evaluation techniques.
2+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
Proven track record of delivering successful AI/ML projects from concept to production.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and present findings.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
Preferred
Knowledge of big data processing tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
