Responsibilities

Learn foundational AI principles and how LLM's (large language models) work
Understand generative AI principles and concepts
Analyze real-world digital AI products and AI design case studies
Analyze AI product successes and failures
Design and build AI applications with a human centered approach
Apply Wizard-of-Oz prototyping and other prototyping methods to test AI-based ideas prior to development
Balance the need for user-control versus AI automation within the product based on user needs
Understand the psychology behind why users may or may not trust AI-based products and systems
Develop AI chatbot designs, designing for the psychology behind why and how users interact with chatbots
Understand the ethics around AI design and what makes ethical vs. unethical AI designs
