Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to understand objectives, then design AI-driven machine learning and computer vision solutions to address their needs.

Develop and optimize computer vision architectures with a focus on GStreamer-based pipelines for enhanced video and data processing efficiency.

Collaborate with the sales team to craft proposals and effectively present solution designs and technical benefits to clients.

Oversee the implementation process, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with solution designs and project goals.

Work alongside data scientists and engineers to prototype, develop, and deploy machine learning models, with a focus on efficient GStreamer integration.

Conduct performance optimizations, troubleshoot solutions, and assess scalability for reliable solution delivery.

Stay current with industry advancements to drive innovation within the team.

Mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and a collaborative work culture.

Required

5+ years of experience in designing and implementing computer vision solutions, with specific expertise in GStreamer for pipeline optimization.

Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts, experience in developing, training, and deploying models.

Proficient in Python, C/C++, and machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, OpenCV, TensorFlow) and highly experienced with GStreamer, CUDA, and TensorRT.

Skilled in integrating various hardware platforms, including cameras, LiDAR, and other sensors, with GStreamer.

Familiar with Linux (Ubuntu) and other operating systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Effective communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
