Responsibilities
Leverage your extensive network and consultative selling expertise to identify and acquire new client projects.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in your domain of expertise.
Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to expand Xen.AI's market presence.
Work collaboratively with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Required
Proven Success: A track record of securing high-value client projects and generating revenue in the Healthcare; Life Sciences; Banking, Financial Services and Insurance; and/or Manufacturing/Industrial sectors.
Motivation: Must be Self-Driven
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science technologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Drive and Focus: A results-oriented, can-do attitude with a passion for innovation and growth.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Legal Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred
Robust Book of Business: Small to Mid-Size Businesses in your domain of expertise
Startup / Scale up Experience: Drive and fortitude and an 'all hands-on deck' mentality.
Solution Sales: Preferably in Intelligent Automation, Analytics Platforms, and/or AI-driven problem solving solutions
