Responsibilities
Develop a detailed AI strategy that identifies organizational needs and aligns AI initiatives with strategic goals.

Measure the impact of AI use cases on operational efficiency and employee effectiveness, ensuring solutions enhance overall job quality.
Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, tools, and methodologies.
Evaluate vendors and technology solutions, focusing on those that enhance employee productivity and organizational outcomes.
Perform competitive assessments of potential partners to identify the best-fit technologies.
Recommend solutions that align with organizational values and meet diverse business needs.

Required
2+ years of experience in AI strategy, AI implementation, or innovation-focused roles.
5+ years of experience in technology strategy and/or leadership roles.
Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that enhance both operational outcomes and workforce engagement.
In-depth knowledge of AI tools, governance frameworks, and implementation strategies, including ethical and legal considerations.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating technology solutions and creating business cases supported by data.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience creating governance policies for emerging technologies.
Expertise in designing training programs to upskill employees in technical tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations, security protocols, and ethical AI principles.
Demonstrated ability to assess technology vendors with a focus on user-centric design and long-term organizational impact.
