Responsibilities

Supporting the office with day-to-day business needs

Maintaining construction job client files

Invoicing and collecting on invoices

Creating and maintaining reports in MS Office, Construction Software & Google Docs

Ordering and maintaining office/business supplies

Processing monthly AIA contract billings; Uploading billings into construction software

Filing & submitting daily work tickets; Assisting Project Manager onsite

Submitting PCO’s for change orders

Processing LEED product data sheets/material pricing

Compile lien waivers from suppliers

Manage invitations to bid through scheduling
