Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and integration of Airtable within the client environment.
Provide training and support to teams to ensure successful adoption of Airtable.
Develop and optimize workflows using Airtable to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and customize Airtable solutions accordingly.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Airtable usage.
Maintain documentation and best practices for Airtable usage within the organization.

Required
Proficient in setting up and managing Airtable databases, creating custom views, and automating workflows.
Familiarity with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
Strong understanding of workflow automation and process optimization.
Ability to train and support teams in adopting new tools and technologies.
Excellent troubleshooting skills to address and resolve technical issues.
Preferred
Experience with Aha for product management and roadmap planning.
