Responsibilities

Manage the prevention portfolio that includes projects involving vaccines, live biotherapeutics, bacteriophage and other preventative products.

Lead interdisciplinary drug project leadership in biotech or pharma.

Support goals in support of both organizational as well as individual team members career objectives.

Required

Doctoral degree

8+ years in infectious diseases research and product development from early discovery through initial clinical trials

8+ years of interdisciplinary drug project leadership in biotech or pharma

5+ years in a leadership role related to scientific discipline, drug discovery or drug development

Preferred

Experience with evaluating and collaboratively bringing products into a portfolio

Experience in leading/managing a team of direct reports supporting goals in support of both organizational as well as individual team members career objectives

Familiarity with compliance aspects of drug discovery and development (animal and/or human subject)
