Responsibilities
Monitor GDT compliance and certification training with strategic partnerships
Help manage MOU/MDF/MVF for GDT’s Strategic Partnerships
Assist in ensuring that Alliance adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements
Assist in monitoring and evaluating the alliance's performance against set goals and objectives.
Act as a liaison between GDT, Legal and partner organizations, ensuring effective and timely communication
Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, conference calls, and virtual collaborations between stakeholders
Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to alliances, including contracts, agreements, and meeting minutes.
Provide support in conveying alliance objectives, processes, requirements, and updates to internal teams and external partners.
Support the Alliance Operations Support team in resolving any conflicts or challenges that arise between GDT and partner organizations.
Collect feedback from stakeholders and participate in discussions about performance improvement.
Assist in preparing regular reports on the Alliance's performance, progress, and key achievements.
Help facilitate New Partner onboarding requests and process

Required
Prior partner management experience is required.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Detail oriented.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks.
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred
2-3 years of experience in alliance management, project management, or operations management is preferred.
