Responsibilities

Act for the contractor when the program manager is absent.

Responsible for the oversight and guidance for all contracting personnel assigned to the contract, performance of work, contract compliance and quality control on a full-time basis.

Also responsible for overseeing all contractual responsibilities and delivery of all contract deliverables, including monthly progress reports, process reports, performance improvement initiatives, trend analysis, monthly inventory report of blank and processed cards listed in the deliverables section.

Government project managementIndependent thinker

Required

The PM shall possess a bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field (in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, minimum ten years’ experience in managing Government projects of similar size and scope).

Experienced in Government policies and procedures; possess good analytical skills, time management, and be an independent thinker.

Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with non-technical and technical staff.

Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
