Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and project success.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Implement quality control processes and conduct regular inspections.
Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members.
Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on alternative delivery methods.
Previous design experience on alternative delivery or design build projects is required.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of Design-Build, P3, and IPD methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 7 - 12 years of professional experience.
Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
Preferred
Professional Engineer license is preferred (PE).
Master's degree preferred.
Appropriate professional certification preferred.
