Responsibilities
Serve as the client's main point of contact within the company.
Lead client meetings and define strategy and timelines associated with their Amazon business.
Provide clients with detailed communication in a timely and accurate manner, including client task updates, meeting recaps, and performance briefs.
Work with the dynamic team of subject matter experts to initiate cases, accurate forecasting, manage catalog and creative updates, and define the client's advertising goals.

Required
2+ Years of in-depth experience working with Amazon at a brand or agency level
2+ Years of experience in client-facing or vendor management role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize timelines, manage projects, run autonomously, and manage client expectations
In-depth understanding of product pages and e-commerce sales and marketing
Ability to problem solve and provide solutions while navigating the ever-changing Amazon platform
Must be located in the U.S.A
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
Experience working on the brand or manufacturing side of the business
Background or interest in the outdoor space
Additional Amazon knowledge outside of account management
Previous experience in a remote working role
