Responsibilities
Amazon Business Ownership: Lead all aspects of the Amazon business, including VC and 3P, treating it as a separate profit center and optimizing for growth and profitability.
Product & Assortment Strategy: Collaborate with the PD team to develop and launch new product assortments specifically tailored for the Amazon marketplace. Align product development with market demand on Amazon.
Pricing Strategy: Develop competitive pricing strategies to drive sales growth while maintaining margin targets. Monitor market trends and adjust pricing to stay competitive in the furniture category.
Brand Development: Create new seller brands and product categories for the Amazon channel to capture untapped market opportunities. Work with internal teams to develop brand identities and unique product listings.
Advertising & Promotions: Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns and promotional strategies to increase visibility and sales conversions while ensuring a positive return on investment (ROI).
Performance Tracking & Analysis: Monitor performance metrics, including sales growth, conversion rates, and ACoS/ROAS, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with Euro Style's PD, marketing, and Planning teams to align Amazon efforts with broader business goals. Ensure seamless coordination across teams for new launches, promotions, and inventory management.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitor products, pricing, and strategies to adjust Euro Style's Amazon approach and maintain a competitive edge.

Required
3-5 years of experience managing successful Amazon business.
Proven experience launching and managing new product lines and brands on Amazon.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, SEO, listing optimization, and PPC advertising.
Exceptional analytical skills to drive performance through data and insights.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred
Experience in the furniture industry is a plus but not required.
