Responsibilities
Data mine Vendor Central and AMC to develop selling strategy for both discovery and conversion.
Plan and execute price promotions, including seasonal, limited time deals, and BxGy offers.
Summarize weekly Vendor Central and Amazon Marketing Cloud data to extract trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal Amazon SMEs and Amazon vendor teams to optimize detail pages for discoverability, accessories, SEO, and impact of programs related to Vine, Twister, and more.
Develop per product selling strategies to improve glance views, conversion, and revenue for Amazon organic search, and provide data-based learnings to aid Amazon DSP and search ad impact.
Analyze Amazon performance trends (traffic, conversion, rank, etc.) and make data-driven recommendations on individual products to improve all KPIs.

Required
3+ years of experience with Amazon.com 1P or 3P selling or data analysis.
Strong Excel or similar platform abilities, and data summary abilities.
Experienced user of Amazon Vendor Central with a track record of optimizing product listings and driving sales.
Familiarity with Amazon Ads (PPC, DSP).
Experience with conversion rate improvement techniques, including A/B testing and user journey analysis using data, and resulting in increased revenue.
Experienced in Amazon vendor manager communication and Amazon organization roles.
Familiar with inventory and warehouse distribution processes for Amazon 3PL and distribution.
Analytical and curious mindset with the ability to interpret ugly data and make simple decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to nominate ideas, accept failures and successes both, and manage communication across large remote international (China, Europe, US) teams.
