Responsibilities
Own the Amazon organic and paid channel strategy to optimize growth.
Oversee daily operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts across multiple brands.
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, proactively addressing issues like account health, reviews, and policy violations.
Create, optimize, and manage product listings for maximum visibility and conversions.
Work cross-functionally to implement and maintain A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content, and storefront updates.
Analyze Amazon advertising campaigns, sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Track KPIs such as conversion rates, ACOS, ROAS, and organic rankings.
Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to leadership.
Partner with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product development) to align strategies.

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts, preferably for multi-brand portfolios.
Analytics-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-informed decisions.
Deep understanding of Amazon’s SEO, algorithms, and advertising platforms.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
Excellent written and verbal skills for managing listings, customer interactions, and reporting.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
