Responsibilities
Client Account Health: Maintain and optimize client Amazon FBA accounts to ensure they meet performance standards and SLAs.
Team Coordination & Quality Control: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure SOPs are followed and processes are executed efficiently.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Implement, monitor, and improve SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
Client Communication: Provide clients with regular updates, performance insights, and detailed reports on account health and action plans.
Leadership, Management, Accountability (LMA) Duties: Oversee the execution of FBA tasks, manage team performance, and ensure alignment with company goals.
FBA Reimbursements: Ensure clients receive all eligible FBA reimbursements and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
Resolve Suppressed Listings: Expertly resolve any suppressed or suspended listings and manage appeals with Amazon support.
Amazon Seller Central Management: Navigate Seller Central to handle all aspects of account management, from inventory tracking to customer service inquiries.
Brand Reputation Management: Monitor and maintain the brandβs image and ratings on Amazon, managing any negative feedback or product issues.

Required
2+ years of experience as an Amazon Seller Central account management or related roles.
1+ years of experience working with an Amazon Agency.
Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes, and account maintenance.
Experience with FBA reimbursements, resolving suppressed listings, account suspensions, and managing brand reputation on Amazon.
Strong understanding of Amazon support systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to convey complex issues in simple terms.
Experience in following and deploying SOPs to ensure consistent operational efficiency.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
