Responsibilities
Design and develop analog RF circuits and systems, focusing on SOI RF switch design from 22nm to 110nm nodes.
Participate in the design and verification of basic analog building blocks such as level shifters, LDOs, charge pumps, and temperature sensors.
Conduct reliability analysis of silicon devices under stress to determine product lifespan and performance under various conditions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
Interface with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Document design specifications, test plans, and results to ensure traceability and compliance with industry standards.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in analog RF design, semiconductor technologies, and industry best practices.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in analog RF design, specifically in SOI RF switch design and related analog building blocks.
Hands-on experience with Virtuoso environment and other relevant CAD tools for analog circuit design and simulation.
Strong understanding of reliability analysis methodologies for silicon devices in RF applications.
Experience with design and verification of analog building blocks like level shifters, LDOs, charge pumps, and temperature sensors.
Familiarity with RF front-end modules for major semiconductor companies such as Broadcom (BRCM), Qualcomm (QCOM), Qorvo, Murata, and Skyworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
Preferred
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
