Responsibilities

Perform in-depth analyses identifying root causes & impact to support central initiatives and drive growth within our Enablement and Value teams.

Support leadership through crafting dashboards, developing tools to improve efficiency, and exposing focus areas in order to meet (and beat) our goals

Use data to build narrative content for QBRs and Board reviews that not only tell the story but identify the root cause and drive action towards problem solving

Prioritize and complete high-impact cross-functional projects

Identify process gaps and opportunities for process improvement

Identify levers for driving revenue growth and revenue team efficiency; pre and post sale.

Support, as needed, analytics across other areas of the business

Build executive presentations to communicate business value themes and benefits.

Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills

A receptive attitude to mentoring and a genuine eagerness to acquire new knowledge.

A keen sense of urgency matched with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, distributed work environment.

Outstanding multitasking and communication skills, enabling you to lead multiple work streams in complex, ambiguous environments.

Preferred

Background in special operations, intelligence, or high risk operations - synthesizing complex combat and intelligence situations into digestible, easy-to-understand concepts

Executive briefing skills: time in embassy or as an instructor, teaching students beyond the entry-level proficiency.

Spreadsheet and PowerPoint (google slides) experience
