Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive coverage across an assigned subject matter portfolio, identifying and producing actionable insights for Graphika clients.

Complete longer-form investigations and analysis, from inception through to producing client- or publication-ready products.

Deliver clear and concise briefings to clients and external stakeholders, demonstrating advanced subject matter expertise and knowledge of Graphika products.

Support Graphika's marketing and communications efforts, including with the media.

Demonstrate a clear understanding of key client requirements and how to meet them.

Conduct analysis and investigations with rigor and professionalism.

Work quickly and consistently to a high standard of accuracy.

Manage your own time and resources in order to meet strict deadlines.

Write fluent, clear, and well-structured reports.

Ensure that you and others enjoy and excel in the work that we do.

Required

2-3 years of professional experience analyzing or investigating scams and fraud on social media, generative AI abuses, or Chinese and Iranian influence operations.

Demonstrated ability to use industry-standard tools, platforms, and databases to query, manipulate, and assess large volumes of open-source social media data.

Proven ability to think critically and form sound assessments based on a variety of open-source indicators.

Impeccable writing skills, able to quickly produce clear and concise reports.

Standout verbal communication skills, able to deliver briefings to a variety of clients and external audiences.

A track record of working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

A curious mindset and the desire to answer difficult questions.
