Responsibilities
Provide administrative support on recording projects.
Vendor set up and verification.
Processing payments.
Handling inquiries for vendors.
Assisting with the clearance process for samples and side artists.
Gathering label copy and research.
Gathering delivery requirements including assets, paperwork, and agreements.
Union contracts and paperwork.
Royalty Client services and Royalty Business Liaison intermediary.
General Departmental troubleshooting.
Support A&R Administrators with ad hoc requests and reports.

Required
Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Music Business Administration, Finance, Legal or Accounting.
Minimum (3) years previous work experience.
Previous experience within the music or entertainment industry preferred.
Experience working with confidential and sensitive content.
Must be extremely proficient with systems: Microsoft 365 Suite (outlook, excel, work, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn proprietary systems.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solve and work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Preferred
Previous experience within the music or entertainment industry preferred.
