Responsibilities

Work with other analysts to produce specific insights around customer behavior, trends, and drivers of business performance for the FanDuel Casino VIP Program

Collaborate with VIP leadership to develop strategies to enhance user experience and drive value based on insights derived from customer segmentation and value models

Create, modify, and evolve models and data visualizations to better understand and explain the performance of various casino commercial KPIs

Create and maintain automated reporting processes visible to various casino and group-wide teams

Present analyses to casino stakeholders, focusing on driving actionable insights

Field and fulfill various ad-hoc requests from different casino teams

Mentor junior analysts on day-to-day requests and team best practices

Required

1-4+ years' experience in an analytics role preferred

Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis

Strong personal organizational and time management skills

Strong problem-solving skills, allied with a track record of transforming data into actionable business insights

Strong communication skills, and ability to present work to non-analytical stakeholders as well as other analysts

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of ambiguity

Proficiency in SQL and Excel required; experience with Python or R desirable

Experience with Tableau desirable

Experience working in groups and leading smaller intra-year projects

Preferred

Experience collaboratively working with colleagues in other countries and time zones preferred

Interest in Casino gaming, with knowledge of different game types and strategies preferred
