Responsibilities
Help ensure smooth implementation of recruitment processes needed to maintain a high-quality survey panel: assist in the production of high-quality recruitment collateral, ensure that survey instrument is implemented correctly, ensure that registration data is captured and processed accurately and regularly, ensure that subsequent on-boarding steps are initiated on-time.
Assist with maintaining high quality panel through implementation of comprehensive panel hygiene processes and review of panel database.
Assist in the production and validation of weekly and monthly performance metrics. As new project initiatives commence, research and evaluate project performance metrics as directed by panel management staff, then develop and test standardized reports and ensure the ongoing accuracy of such reports. As reports are produced, analyze content, highlight relevant issues, and make recommendations. Working with the rest of the AmeriSpeak Panel Management Group, participate in implementation of strategies to address problems revealed through the reports.
May also source, write, proofread, edit, and post content for website, blogs, and other social media efforts such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
May also coordinate with writers, graphic designers, producers, and other content contributors to ensure consistency in quality, style, and tone, and provide system training as necessary. Assist with special projects as required, for example, analysis of call history data, preparation of training materials, documentation of processes, auditing compliance with certain procedures, literature reviews of methodological issues.

Required
Bachelor's degree.
1 year experience in quantitative analysis using SAS, STATA, R, or SPSS (using syntax)
Strong knowledge of survey research, knowledge of data collection and data flow processes.
Proficiency with data management in SAS, STATA, R, or SPSS ; Microsoft Office software, including word processors, spreadsheets and graphics (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Well-developed problem-solving skills, data analysis, time management, personal organization, attention to detail, discretion, and composure skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with agility and work effectively with multiple departments, stakeholders and internal/external clients.
Ability to work effectively collaboratively with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt to new technology and participate in technical discussions.
Knowledge of general office procedures, technology and equipment.
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) at all levels.
