Responsibilities
Assist with data collection and reconciliation from operations to maintain metrics and KPIs.
Develop and execute database queries, conduct data analysis, and design BI solutions.
Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Assist in data collection and reporting for rating agencies and assessments of business units.
Collaborate with the Lender Technology team for testing and system enhancements.
Participate in special projects, provide status updates, and maintain technical documentation.
Work harmoniously with the team, handle confidential information, and perform other assigned duties.

Required
An Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or Information Systems.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
0-3 years’ experience with Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI, Tableau)
0-3 years’ experience of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
