Responsibilities
Monitor and review industrial research reports on structured credit markets, including CDOs, CLOs, ABS, and RMBS. Produce summary reports with recommendations.
Analyze underlying assets, credit enhancement structures, cash flow dynamics, and other factors influencing the performance and risk of structured credit products.
Evaluate credit quality, default probabilities, recovery rates, and other credit metrics to assess investment opportunities and risks.
Perform prepayment analysis and utilize Yield Book (YB) for trade ideas and portfolio strategies.
Analyze transactions and cash flows using Intex to make investment recommendations.
Monitor and perform monthly surveillance of assets in the portfolio.
Generate and manage reporting functions for monitoring trading activities and supporting accounting requirements.
Respond to ad hoc requests from team members.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
1-3 years of relevant experience in structured credit analysis, investment banking, credit research, or a related field
Strong understanding of structured credit products, including CDOs, CLOs, ABS, RMBS, and securitization markets
Possess a good comprehension about mortgage option-adjusted spread (OAS) framework
Proficiency in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and programming languages (e.g., Excel, VBA, Python, R)
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex financial data
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to integrity and ethical conduct
Preferred
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA)
