Responsibilities
Understand and execute end-to-end Government Program technical processes assigned, such as EGWP enrollment administration, retro-eligibility processes, FIR, Plan Finder Submission, COB, Reject Management, PDE error management, Medicaid Encounter Data, ACA Claims Submission, EOB, and RDS
Oversee schedules, adjust when needed, and alert management of risks
Complete tasks, coordinate issue resolutions, update process documentation, and assist in defining process steps
Review errors, prioritize reconciliation efforts, identify process improvements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Work closely with Senior Technical Operations Analyst and Business Analyst on process modifications and implementations
May require working outside of normal business hours for time-sensitive processes

Required
Bachelor/Associate Degree in business related field; or equivalent combined education and experience required.
1-3 years related work experience preferably in pharmaceutical claims adjudication systems, retail pharmacy, or in a health plan organization.
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
