Responsibilities
Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets including hardware, software, licenses, and peripherals.
Monitor asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement asset management processes to optimize asset utilization and minimize costs.
Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of asset inventory records.
Coordinate the reclamation and redeployment of IT assets across various departments and locations.
Facilitate the assignment of IT assets to employees, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to allocation policies.
Collaborate with IT procurement and vendors to manage asset acquisition and disposal processes.
Generate reports and metrics related to IT asset inventory, utilization, and compliance for management review.
Analyze data trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with IT teams, department heads, and end-users to understand asset requirements and address issues.
Serve as a point of contact for asset-related inquiries, providing timely and effective support and guidance.
Communicate asset management policies, procedures, and best practices to stakeholders across the organization.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum two years of experience in IT asset management, procurement, or related field.
Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and licensing concepts.
Proficiency in asset management tools and software (e.g., ServiceNow, SCCM, SNOW).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT asset management is preferred.
Relevant certifications such as IT Asset Management (ITAM) or Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM) is a plus.
