Responsibilities

Create and execute Sales Excellence initiatives to enhance sales performance and productivity, including Sales Reports and Leader’s Dashboards.

Support Account Growth teams in strategic account planning to ensure alignment with sales goals and foster cross-functional cooperation.

Collaborate with Sales Leaders and the Global Sales Compensation team to execute and maintain regional sales compensation plans based on corporate policies and business goals.

Manage Sales Excellence projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with overall sales goals and objectives.

Act as a project manager on team-led projects with Cross-Functional Account Executive teams.

Provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to management in complex and uncertain situations.

Required

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Demonstrated experience in Sales Operations and/or Strategy

Skill in using CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and MS Office applications

Advanced Microsoft Excel user

Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating custom pitch decks

Excellent presentation and training skills

Solid project management skills

Analytical skills and experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and deal with ambiguity

Preferred

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
