Analyst/Associate, Non-Traditional ABS Origination

Responsibilities
Support ABS bankers in creating, developing, and presenting business ideas across Non-Traditional asset classes
Coordinate transaction execution across third parties and review offering and transaction documents
Interact with internal and external parties to ensure seamless execution on mandated transactions
Collaborate on M&A and other strategic transactions where ABS plays a role
Maintain internal databases of market data and identify operational risks/control deficiencies
Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to business activities
Escalate operational risk loss events and control deficiencies to the relevant functions
Other responsibilities as assigned

Required
Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, engineering or mathematics preferred but not required
Series 7, 63 and 79 (will be required within a reasonable time after joining if not currently held)
College graduate with history of strong academic performance
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Solutions-oriented approach to issues and problems
Energetic self-starter who functions well in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to work closely with and learn from both senior and junior team members
