Responsibilities
Support and update agency reporting processes, including automation of data aggregation, digitization of reporting deliverables, and integration of more sophisticated analysis.
Create new reporting deliverables based on program and leadership needs.
Collaborate with program and support divisions and leadership when creating and re-designing reports.
Lead the Data Analyst Group, a Community of Practice for staff who manage program data across the seven divisions.
Create calendar of meeting activities for the coming year that incorporates shared learning, understanding of different data systems and collected metrics, networking, and curiosity.
Engage and build relationships between meetings using the Teams channel and individual connection opportunities.
Support the implementation of the agency’s program data strategy.
Work with programs to get deep understanding of program data needs and coordinate with external partners and internal IT to develop data collection and integration solutions.
Create dashboards and other data visualization tools, with support of programs and evaluation staff, allowing for data informed decision making and communication of program impact.
Ability to create and maintain pipelines to connect data from different sources.
Implements a data analysis plan based on a strong understanding of the program and data structure, questions seeking answers, and limitations.
Automation of reporting and access to data (for requests and larger analysis/evaluation).
Dashboard creation for program use (Developmental Evaluation).
Creation of data visualizations, dashboards, and data stories to inform programmatic decisions and communication to internal and external audiences.
Support the data aggregation, cleaning, and analysis needs to complete longitudinal research and evaluation of BakerRipley’s impact.
Develop relational partnership with IT with an eye towards integrated data strategy and analysis related to program needs and processes.
Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.
Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems.

Required
Bachelors
3 years: Experience with Excel and Python for advanced statistical analysis and ETL/data manipulation.
Power BI and Tableau for data visualization, dashboards, reporting, and data presentations.
