Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
Collaborate with partners to identify and execute co-marketing opportunities.
Align partner marketing efforts with company objectives and strategies.
Create and implement marketing strategies that support partner initiatives.
Develop and manage partner marketing plans.
Lead the execution of joint marketing campaigns and programs.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product management, and business development) to ensure alignment and support.
Develop and manage marketing content for partner programs, including collateral, presentations, and digital assets.
Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns.
Provide regular reports on performance metrics to stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner marketing inquiries.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
Conduct regular analysis of the partner ecosystem to identify new opportunities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and programs.
Strong strategic planning and execution abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
Fluent in English.
Preferred
Additional language skills in Spanish, French, German, or other EMEA languages a plus.
Understanding of cultural differences and the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
