Responsibilities
Collect and process payroll submissions for semi-monthly payroll.
Maintain database for physician payroll contract information.
Interpret physician contracts as they relate to payroll.
Run reports, analyze data, and communicate results.
Collaborate effectively with internal customers.
Update physician records in HRIS as needed.
Track and process new and terminated physicians.
Partner with Finance to ensure accuracy of general ledger information.
Adhere to specific time schedules and meet deadlines consistently.
Maintain up-to-date spreadsheets and tracking devices.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Two (2) years in Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, or information systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in computer software, especially Microsoft Windows and Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Strong Excel skills required.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
