Required

Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree

Have an anticipated graduation date between September 2025 and August 2026

Have a major, minor or concentration relevant to the position such as Finance, Economics, or any other related field

Preferred

Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include: active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Internship or work experience in related field such as business or healthcare

Have an interest in obtaining full-time position upon graduation

Be resourceful and can quickly adapt to change
