Responsibilities
Lead a global ads sales operations team and drive consistency in executing the rhythm of business, R&Rs, OKRs, processes and deliverables
Partner with client and internal stakeholders on driving seller productivity and revenue attainment through data-driven insights
Own global Change Management & governance for Sales Operations
Ensure that Sales Ops priorities and activities positively impact the business, particularly seller productivity, revenue and efficiency.
Partner with Cross Functional teams such as L&D, Quality, Program management and cater to their reporting and analytics needs
Hiring, onboarding and continuous development of Regional Sales Operations Leads (direct reports)
Identify global or regional trends, best practices and learning that can be scaled up to improve revenue attainment and seller productivity

Required
6 years of experience in Sales Strategy and Operations in an Ads Sales program within the Sales & Marketing Digital Ad Industry
Minimum of 4 Years of experience communicating directly with client, internal stakeholders, and cross functional teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
High proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and/or G-Suite
Strong reporting skills internal stakeholders and cross functional teams
People leadership experience
Excellent verbal, written, data storytelling and visualization skills
