Responsibilities

Conduct regular office hours to provide one-on-one or small group support, addressing specific user questions and challenges.

Create and maintain training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs.

Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, data scientists, and business intelligence analysts to understand their needs and tailor training sessions accordingly.

Organize and facilitate community engagement activities, such as user groups and knowledge-sharing sessions, to foster collaboration and continuous learning.

Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Tableau and Dataiku, incorporating new techniques into training programs.

Provide design consultation and support for dashboard creation, ensuring high-quality and impactful data visualizations.

Assist in the development and implementation of data governance and best practices for data usage within the organization.

Act as a subject matter expert in Tableau and Dataiku, delivering presentations and workshops to promote their effective use.

Collaborate with members of the team to create analytical tools to be leveraged for strategic decisions.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in a data visualization or analytics role, with a strong focus on Tableau.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Experience with project management and change management practices.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Technical Excellence: Proficient in using Tableau to create functional and visually appealing dashboards and data products, that follow best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with various teams within the organization.
