Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end data transformation process, delivering high-quality, reliable data pipelines.

Build and optimize SQL-based transformations using BigQuery and Dataform.

Design data models and client-specific dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Push for continuous improvement in data quality, ensuring metrics are accurate and meaningful.

Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and deliver insights that drive outcomes.

Required

Extensive experience in SQL, BigQuery, and Dataform or dbt, with a proven track record in data transformation.

Strong ownership mentality with the ability to work independently and with minimal direction.

Passion for data quality and continuous improvement, with a willingness to advocate for high standards.

Experience creating dashboards for B2B clients, with a clear focus on business value.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data issues in simple terms.

Self-motivated and opinionated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and improvement.
