Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between internal departments, external partners, and clients to ensure clear communication and effective data management.
Routinely collaborate with the Data Engineering team regarding the collection, storage, and maintenance of data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Serve as the first set of eyes examining client reports and dashboards to forward insights to client management teams thereby supporting strategic decision-making.
Lead and manage BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Manage a team of BI professions to develop and implement BI strategies.
Provide training and support to team members and clients on BI tools and best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.
Investigate and make recommendations for POCs, or new technology platforms to enable LLM capabilities within our BI systems.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau as a first preference, Power BI or similar
Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a small team
Proficiency in Tableau (or other BI platform), SQL, Alteryx, data warehousing (Snowflake), and ETL processes
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
Preferred
Relevant certifications in BI tools or data analytics (e.g., Tableau Certification, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)
