Responsibilities
Lead the analytics team in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creation, and e-commerce to optimize campaigns and improve user engagement.
Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite for reporting and visualization of data findings.
Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Oversee the implementation of marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Provide training and support to team members on analytics best practices and tools.

Required
Proven experience in analytics or a related field with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
Proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketing automation technologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Experience in advertising strategies and content creation is a plus.
A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
