Responsibilities

Review and adjudicate claims for GAP products, ensuring accurate documentation is processed
Communicate effectively with customers to resolve inquiries and provide solutions
Collaborate within a team environment to meet time-sensitive requirements
Utilize problem-solving skills to handle challenging calls and find effective resolutions
Maintain a positive attitude and emotional resilience while managing customer interactions

Required

High School diploma required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred

Bachelor’s or Associate degree
Knowledge of GAP and/or insurance claims background
Experience in the automotive services or warranty industry
Background in customer service or claims processing
Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Previous experience in a remote work setting
