Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Android applications using Kotlin, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement application interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.
Ensure the application’s performance, quality, and responsiveness by identifying and fixing bugs and bottlenecks.
Integrate third-party APIs and SDKs seamlessly within applications.
Conduct unit testing, functional testing, and end-to-end testing to ensure robust performance and reliability.
Utilize Android Jetpack components, ViewModels, and LiveData for modular, maintainable code.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze application requirements.
Propose and implement scalable, maintainable, and user-centric solutions.
Continuously optimize app performance by analyzing memory usage, responsiveness, and network efficiency.
Monitor crash reports and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Keep applications updated with the latest Android features and security patches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers and QA engineers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience is acceptable.
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Android application development.
Proficiency in Kotlin, with a solid understanding of its advanced features.
Experience with modern Android libraries and frameworks (e.g., Android Jetpack, Dagger/Hilt, Retrofit, Room, Coroutines).
Strong knowledge of Android SDK, lifecycle management, and core components.
Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with backend services.
Knowledge of Material Design guidelines and mobile UI/UX best practices.
Preferred
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions
