Responsibilities

• Investment Support: Provide capital investment to fuel our growth in product development, market expansion, and operational scalability.

• Strategic Guidance: Act as an advisor to the founding team, offering insights on scaling operations, go-to-market strategies, and funding roadmaps.

• Network Leverage: Introduce key industry contacts, potential clients, and fellow investors to unlock growth opportunities.

• Fundraising Collaboration: Support Series A/B fundraising efforts by participating in pitches, connecting with VCs, and guiding capital allocation.

• Mentorship: Serve as a mentor to the leadership team, sharing lessons learned from previous ventures and successful startup experiences.

• Market Insights: Provide thought leadership on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Required

Demonstrated success as an angel investor or venture partner, preferably in the software/technology sector.

Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, or other relevant software innovations.

Experience supporting early-stage startups through growth phases, with at least one successful IPO or acquisition.

Ability to provide strategic guidance while fostering an entrepreneurial spirit.

Established network of VCs, industry leaders, and corporate partners.
