Responsibilities

Assists in establishing policies and procedures for efficient annuity policy administration

Ensures timely and accurate processing of annuities by monitoring service standards and adjusting workflows

Drives continual improvement of Customer Experience through quality and audit controls

Analyzes system problems, business processes, and recommends remediation

Handles exceptions, escalations, and technical cases while considering company philosophy, compliance, and business risks

Supports special projects and system enhancements with detailed expertise and analysis

Aids in creating efficient process flows and identifying areas for cycle time reduction

Analyzes data to create controls and reporting for effective TPA oversight

Analyzes trends and conducts root cause analysis

Required

1-3 years of experience in annuities and TPA oversight management

Demonstrated knowledge of annuity operations and process improvement along with strong business acumen and the ability to translate business plans into actionable solutions

Knowledge of annuity products; fixed, indexed and variable

Experience with risk management (audit, regulatory, legal, etc.)

Experience analyzing, measuring and evaluating workflows

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, at all levels of the organization

Ability to effectively interact/interface with external parties – agents, distributors, customers, and vendors

Utilize strong critical thinking skills to effectively problem solve

Skills must include being self-motivated with ability to show great initiative individually

Ability to work in a complex and innovative environment
