Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using the Appian Platform hosted on AWS GovCloud, adhering to federal standards and regulations.
Design and implement complex workflows, interfaces, and business rules using Appian's low-code environment.
Integrate Appian applications with external systems and APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of Appian components to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Leverage Appian's reporting and analytics tools to provide actionable insights for decision-makers.
Monitor and enhance application performance, addressing scalability and optimization requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored Appian solutions.
Stay up-to-date with Appian updates and federal IT compliance regulations to maintain system integrity and security.
Design, implement, and manage WordPress sites for federal clients, ensuring security, compliance, and responsiveness.
Work with MySQL databases to create, maintain, and optimize data-driven applications.
Provide helpdesk support, troubleshooting technical issues and assisting end users with system functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide customized solutions.
Create and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and solutions.

Required
Proven experience with Appian Platform, preferably in a federal or highly regulated environment.
Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on AWS GovCloud, with a focus on security and compliance.
Experience in developing and maintaining WordPress websites, including plugin management and customization.
Strong experience with MySQL database development, including writing and optimizing queries.
Demonstrated experience providing Tier 1 & 2 support, troubleshooting and solving technical issues effectively.
Knowledge of federal cybersecurity policies and best practices, including experience with ATO (Authority to Operate) processes.
Bachelor's Degree or higher, applicable major preferred.
Eligible to obtain Dept of Education 6C Noneclearance, TS Clearance preferred.
US Citizenship is required.
Preferred
Appian Certified Associate Developer certification.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent.
Experience working with federal IT systems and environments.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
