Responsibilities
Develop new applications and application enhancements for workflow between front office and back-office departments in Appian.
Provide maintenance/ support of the existing system.
Code using best practices and ensure minimal maintenance is required.
Work with project managers, business analysts and development leads on daily maintenance, enhancement, and application support activities.
Effectively communicate with team members to resolve issues.

Required
US citizenship is required due to the terms of a specific government contract.
The candidate must reside in one of the following states: MD, VA, PA, DE, or District of Columbia.
Develop new applications and application enhancements for workflow between front office and back-office departments in Appian.
Provide maintenance/ support of the existing system.
Code using best practices and ensure minimal maintenance is required.
Work with project managers, business analysts and development leads on daily maintenance, enhancement, and application support activities.
Effectively communicate with team members to resolve issues.
Preferred
2+ years overall development experience with a focus on web application development.
Prior experience with Appian, BPM, or Workflow Development experience is preferred.
Knowledge of Appian development, UI design, defining custom data types, process design.
Knowledge of web application architecture/design fundamentals.
