Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of UKG modules (Pro, Dimensions, Ready, etc.).
Configure the system to meet organizational requirements.
Integrate UKG with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize UKG processes.
Manage updates, upgrades, and adoption of new functionalities.
Provide technical and functional support to end-users.
Train staff on the effective use of the UKG platform.
Develop and maintain user manuals and technical documentation.
Design and generate custom reports for data analysis and insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the platform.
Ensure UKG processes align with local labor laws and tax regulations.
Oversee data security and ensure privacy protection.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience with UKG platforms (implementation, administration, or support).
Proven experience in integration projects involving enterprise systems.
Hands-on experience with UKG module configurations.
Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL) and reporting tools.
Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, middleware, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
Excellent communication and training abilities.
Preferred
Official certifications in UKG products.
Certifications in complementary tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
