Responsibilities

Designing complete projects, systems, components, or processes within the eMaint application.
Configuring and customizing the eMaint application to meet the specific needs of the organization.
Preparing comprehensive project documents for eMaint.
Designing and conducting experiments, analyzing, and interpreting data specific to eMaint and connecting systems.
Formulating and solving problems related to eMaint’s functionality and user experience.
Applying broad knowledge of principles and practices in the field of CMMS.
Independently evaluating, selecting, and adapting standard techniques, procedures, and criteria for eMaint.
Managing operational work and capital projects specifically related to renewable natural gas farms and/or utility asset management systems.
Overseeing the integration of eMaint with renewable natural gas farm and/or utility asset management system operations to ensure efficient maintenance and management.
Developing and implementing maintenance strategies for renewable natural gas farm and/or utility asset management equipment and infrastructure using eMaint.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of capital projects on renewable natural gas farms and/or utility asset management systems.
Managing and maintaining the eMaint CMMS application, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinating and implementing software upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with the business and IT.
Monitoring and reporting on the performance and maintenance of renewable natural gas farm systems using eMaint and/or utility asset management systems.
Overseeing data integrity, performing regular data audits, and manage data imports/exports.
Maintaining a role during company-wide eMaint rollouts and standardization initiatives to ensure consistent application and adherence to best practices.
Providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving application-related problems.
Developing and delivering training materials and sessions for end-users.
Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations and procedures.

Required

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or;
Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Preferred

Lean Six Sigma certification.
eMaint/Fluke Certified Maintenance Reliability Leader (CMRL).
Attending eMaint Xcelerate conferences.
