Responsibilities
Configure, modify, test, and troubleshoot existing software applications
Analyze end-user data and business needs to recommend changes for optimal system performance
Develop deep application knowledge and maintain comprehensive documentation
Participate in IT workflow processes including incident management and project management
Provide ongoing operational system support and resolve escalated issues

Required
Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related work experience
3-5 years of IT application experience
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills for process development or problem resolution
Knowledge of healthcare processes and application system coordination
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
Experience within the healthcare industry
Additional certifications relevant to the role
Epic certifications for roles supporting Epic applications
