Responsibilities

Evaluating business requests to determine feasibility, identifying options, and recommending solutions for software development or enhancements.

Assisting with interpreting customer requirements into conceptual and logical design specifications.

Shaping product design by gathering, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting, and maintaining business and functional requirements across the data environment.

Using SQL queries to perform gap/risk analysis and functional testing to support products.

Providing support and troubleshooting for the team’s applications and products.

Assisting with developing interfaces and prototypes, recommending changes to meet requirements, and researching and documenting application/services issues.

Providing instruction and guidance to less senior team members on new tasks and assignments.
