Responsibilities
Own technical decisions as both a visionary and hands-on doer, solving complex problems and coaching the team.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to align technical solutions with business goals and serve as the escalation point for design and development issues.
Provide advanced technical applications expertise and advice to business unit owners, IT leaders, project teams, and other support teams.
Deliver assigned application solutions and set-ups that support clients business processes.
Appreciate and understand sales processes from opportunity to order, engaging to recommend how best to align business priorities with technology and development.
Conduct analysis of potential solutions; diagram and document solutions.
Analyze and evaluate applications, identify gaps, and provide technical direction and recommendations to improve application utilization.
Transfer application knowledge to the implementation team.
Participate in solution design; possess experience in solution modeling.
Coach less experienced team members on solution and documentation methodologies.
Champion the use of agile methodologies to reduce costs, improve processes, and shorten time to deliver value.
Perform and document testing of new releases of the assigned applications.
Hold responsibility for technical functional specifications for assigned projects.
Work with application supplier support and in-house support to fix software bugs and escalated issues.
Understand required integration with other applications, including Financials and E-commerce, and lead resolution to gaps that involve multiple systems inconsistencies globally and regionally.
Participate in regular project status reviews.
Support the implementation readiness review process.
Implement remedial fixes and procedures for end users.

Required
7+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Ability to work 100% remotely.
Availability for 40 hours per week.
Preferred
Experience delivering using SAFe methodology is ideal.
