Responsibilities
Leading interactions with others in a team environment and/or work alone.
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Ability to document and communicate information and ideas so others can understand.
Ability to analyze information and evaluate results
Define system configurations to meet documented business needs
Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident, change, and problem management
Day to day management and support of existing applications and jobs
Symitar, Synergy, Synapsys, Image Center
SMA OpCon
MS Dynamics Great Plains, Doc Link
Apache Tomcat, Unix, PowerShell, WS FTP, Axway
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
Configuration of business processes and supporting tools
Streamlining, automating existing and new business processes, driving efficiency and reliability of critical processes
Configuration of application and performance monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Dynatrace)
Documenting solution architecture, core components and dependencies
Narratives surrounding specific details of implementations
Designing, documenting and implementation of functional processes for operational needs.
Participation in cross training exercises with colleagues
Supports and contributes to the credit union’s strategic plan.
Complies with all Orange County’s Credit Union policies, service standards, procedural guidelines, and regulatory compliance, and completes all assigned training.
